How to select best fit size ?

How do I cancel the order I have placed?

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and the refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.


How do I create a Return Request?

You can create a Return in three simple steps:-

  • Tap on My Orders
  • Choose the item to be Returned
  • Enter details requested and create a return request

I have created a Return request. How and where to ship it ?

You can send the return through any reputed courier like Blue dart, Gati, delhivery, India post- speed post service etc. to the following returns processing facility with mentioning the order id in-side the parcel.

Don’t you have return pick up facility?

Currently we don’t have return pick up facility. We are working on it, it shall be operational soon.


I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

Refund will be initiated after we receive the item at our warehouse and it passes our quality check. Refund time depends on the mode of the refund:

NEFT - Time taken for the product to reach us plus 3 to 5 business days

Online Refund – Time taken for the product to reach us plus 7 to 10 days

“My Cashback” – Time taken for the product to reach us plus 3 business day

How can I withdraw money from “My Cashback” account?

Cashback will be credited to the payment source – Debit/Credit/Bank Account from which the  payment was made for pre-paid orders.
