Return policy

The following are the guidelines for our return process:

1) You have purchased the product in the last 15 days. 
2) The product is unused and in its original condition with all tags retained.
3) In case the product received is incorrect or defective, we will ship out a new product post receiving the already purchased product.
4) You need to self-ship the product back to us.

In case you do not want a replacement or a replacement is not available, we would give you an option to choose between 100% e-cash refund or Wish Karo Voucherof same amount. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.

How will I be refunded for the return?

If you have used Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking as payment gateway then the refund amount of item value will be credited to your bank account within 15 working days.
If you have used cash on delivery as payment gateway then you need to submit your bank account details later on the refund amount of item value will be credited to your bank account within 15 working days.
Wish Karo Voucher: We will share your voucher of the refund amount of item value and you will be able to use this voucher on any of your subsequent purchases on

Duration of the return process:
It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy: 
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he/ she will be entitled to a 100% e-cash refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
